Ballot Instructions

January 21, 2013

RPO Community’s write-in for election to the Board of Directors:

Eileen Buholtz

Edward Fiandach

Sandra Frankel

Ray Grosswirth

Hobart Lerner, M.D.

John Lovenheim

How to vote the alternate slate:

  1. Either print out the attached ballot or take the ballot the RPO sent you and write the six names listed above on the ballot.
  2. Write “no” next to the names of the Board’s nominees.
  3. Sign and date the ballot. Then . . .

4(a).  If you are NOT attending the annual meeting, you must personally deliver your ballot by 5 pm MONDAY, JAN.21 to The Bonadio Group, 171 Sullys Trail, Pittsford NY.  If you need help getting your ballot to The Bonadio Group, call or email by 3 pm and we will pick it up from you and deliver it on time.  E-mail

4(b). If you ARE attending the annual meeting, which is 5:00 pm, Wed. Jan. 23 in Hatch Hall, Eastman School of Music, bring your signed and filled-in ballot to the meeting.  (We will have extra alternate ballots for your signature in case you need one.)  Be aware that RPO, Inc. has invited a number of nonmembers to the meeting who have been asked to arrive early to get a seat.

Lastly, several contributors report that they did not receive a notice of meeting or ballot from RPO, Inc. for this meeting.  If you are one of them, email or call us at (585) 313 5549.  Then either: print out the attached ballot and include a copy of your membership card for 2012 with your ballot for delivery to Bonadio Group; or bring your card and ballot with you if you are attending.

Are we to make reservations for seats. To whom? We will be 2.

    Susan and Ed Maybeck

    • Unfortunately, it seems that they are only taking reservation for board members, honorary board members, musicians, and staff. I would suggest showing up early (perhaps about 4).

    • Peter Maurer permalink

It appears that doors open at 4:15 for Hatch Recital Hall, according to an enotes email.
