Reminder about the Court Date For Oral Argument Against the RPO Annual Meeting

Oral argument on Eileen Buholtz’s petition to set aside the January 23rd annual meeting of RPO, Inc. is  9:30 am on March 28, 2013 at the Hall of Justice, 99 Exchange Blvd, Rochester 14614.  Parking is available in the Civic Center Garage under the Hall of Justice; the entrance to the garage is from South Fitzhugh St.  Regarding the metal detector to enter the building, belts must be removed and scanned separately, so foregoing a belt will speed up the security scanning.  Once inside the metal detectors, ask at the sheriff’s information desk on the first floor for Justice Fisher’s special-term courtroom.  It is expected to be on the fifth floor.  This will be the first time that Justice Fisher will consider the manner in which RPO, Inc. conducted the January 23rd meeting.
